Our company’s leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Associates. Requirements: Proficient reading and writing skills, computer skills
Special Skills: Strong customer service skills, passionate about the martial arts and fitness
Responsibilities:
Enroll new members with a "No Pressure, No Hassle" presentation.
Present packages to all guests during presentation.
Maintain professional dispositions at all times.
Know club facility, services, and schedules.
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization and planning
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Team-leadership
Formal presentation skills
